My professional journey began in the tourism and hospitality industry. I studied Tourism Management and gained hands-on experience in hospitality, airport operations, and aviation-related services. These experiences shaped my understanding of customer service, business operations, and the importance of building strong relationships with people from different backgrounds. In 2012, I began my entrepreneurial journey in destination event planning under the name Event Land. Over the years, I developed my expertise in event management, creative production, project coordination, and client relations. As my business developed, so did my vision. I realized that I wanted to build something beyond an event management company. I saw the value in bringing different services and expertise together to make the entire process easier and more efficient for clients. In 2021, I took that step by transforming Event Land into AdventLand, expanding the business into new areas and laying the foundation for what has become AdventLand Group. Over the years, I have learned that building a successful business is not simply about expansion. It is about earning trust, maintaining lasting relationships, overcoming challenges, and creating something meaningful that can continue to grow. Today, my focus remains on strengthening AdventLand Group, developing our capabilities, embracing emerging technologies, and building valuable partnerships that support sustainable growth.
